Join the Board of Directors
Board members are responsible for:
Voting on purchases, contracts, and bids for the Civic Center and common areas.
Attending board and quarterly members’ meetings
Participating in community events like National Night Out
Help make decisions that shape our neighborhood
Join the Architectural Committee
The Architectural Committee helps to review and approve exterior renovation requests from homeowners and contractors. This committee typically requires 0-2 hours per month and most work is handled via email. Click here to complete the application form.

Adopt-A-Block Campaign - Walk your block, meet and get to know your neighbors
National Night Out (October 7, 2025) - Help collect gift cards or other giveaways for the event
